I work on a wide range of regulatory compliance issues related to the creation, operation, or decommissioning of ICPEs (environmentally regulated activities), IOTAs (activities potentially impacting waters) and mines. I also assist clients on waste management, circular economy, soil pollution and corporate social responsibility issues (in particular the 2017 duty of vigilance law).
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I completed several internships in the Environmental Law departments of French law firms and at the French Constitutional Council.
I was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021. I hold a Masters in Law from Sciences Po Paris and have studied at the Harvard Law School and the University of Texas at Austin.
I speak French, English, Portuguese and Spanish.
