My clients include asset management companies, credit institutions, insurance companies, financial intermediaries and fintech services providers, whom I assist with their establishment in France, their organisation, their relations with the regulatory authorities and the structuring and distribution of their services and products.
I also advise numerous players in areas related to disintermediated finance for innovative players offering banking, insurance or payment services in a digital or decentralised manner, and I've developed a recognised expertise in blockchain and digital assets for financial players or technical services providers.
I regularly participate in the work with the legislator, the supervisory authorities and various professional associations, in the context of the development of French banking and financial regulations.
