I graduated with honours in law from the University of Turin, where I also worked as a researcher for six years.

In academic year 1996-1997 I lectured on «Public works legislation» on a Diploma in Construction course at Turin Polytechnic.

In 2004 I co-authored a manual on «Awards of public works contracts».

I am registered on the Register of Lawyers of Turin and am qualified to practice before Senior Judiciaries.

My professional work consists predominantly of providing assistance and advice to contracting authorities and companies in the context of public works, during both the tender stage and the execution of the contract.

I help contracting authorities and companies reach amicable settlements and represent them in both civil and administrative courts and in arbitration. I am a member of various commissions appointed to manage amicable settlement agreements and am a sole arbitrator and member of arbitration panels. I also practice before the regional sections and the central section of the Court of Audit.

I have acquired specific experience in the area of publicly-owned companies and have assisted such companies and public shareholders in the process of rationalizing investments.

I was previously a partner at a long-established Turin law firm.

I speak at conferences and on professional training courses.
