I advise and represent national and multinational enterprises – active, inter alia, in the insurance, energy, digital media, metalworking, hi-tech sectors – in the litigation and the extrajudicial phase, as well as trough ordinary and strategic consultancy related to employment and industrial relationships’ matters.
I deal with individual and collective dismissals, deskilling, disciplinary proceedings, autonomous employment, managers, agency and atypical employment, non-competition agreements, hiring, administrative sanctions, transfers of undertaking, trade union disputes, social shock absorbers, etc.
I graduated with honours from the Luiss University of Rome in 1999 and obtained a PhD degree in labour law from the Second University of Naples in 2002. I also studied at the National Institute for Working Life of Stockholm in 2005, I was a Jean Monnet Fellow at the European University Institute of Florence in 2010/2011, and a lecturer on labour law at La Sapienza University of Rome from 2006 to 2011.
I have published on employment law, industrial relations and social security contributions matters and I participate as speaker at conventions on the same matters.
I carry out my activity in the labour law team of Milan office. I advise my clients in Italian and English.
