In addition to my core practice areas of personal injury litigation I also have an interest and experience in defendant professional negligence work particularly in regard to architects and surveyors.
I began my professional life as a solicitor involved in product liability action brought by haemophiliacs who had contracted HIV as a result of using contaminated blood products. I have applied a commercially pragmatic, professionally meticulous but fair approach ever since. I always prioritise the rapid establishing of a client’s needs and am dedicated to delivering an expeditious and high quality service.
I recently had a break from private legal practice and worked at the Solicitors Regulation Authority undertaking projects involving the ban on personal injury referral fees, tackling “bogus” law firms and dealing with allegations of professional misconduct. This included matters that were referred to the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal.
Away from the office I enjoy the outdoors, spending time with my family and photography.
