I have particular experience defending Employment Tribunal claims (including sexual harassment, discrimination and whistleblowing), managing large multijurisdictional advisory projects, complex whistleblowing investigations, redundancy and TUPE projects as well as advising on day-to-day employee relations matters in national and international businesses.

I regularly draft, negotiate and implement key employment documents including employment contracts, service agreements, consultancy agreements, settlement agreements and handbooks.

Having completed a six-month secondment in Fieldfisher's Silicon Valley office, in the Privacy and Technology team, I have experience in the cross over of employment and data protection legislation. I have a keen interest in employment privacy issues, and continue to advise on contentious DSARs and employee monitoring projects.

I have worked for a range of clients across various sectors, including healthcare, life sciences, technology, and retail sectors.
