I focus on High Court disputes and international arbitration matters and I have broad experience in commercial disputes - both domestic and international.
I have worked on a number of disputes involving the LCIA, ICC, UNCITRAL and ICSID rules. I have also worked on 'ad hoc' arbitrations and have some mediation experience.
My recent work for clients includes:
- Advising a major retailer on its potential claims and interim relief options;
- Advising on obtaining and contesting freezing orders in the English High Court;
- Representing a multi-national bank in an LCIA arbitration;
- Representing sellers (including a private equity firm and individual shareholders) in a claim for breach of a warranty in the English High Court in connection with the sale of a tech company.
My key expertise is in tech, energy and natural resources, commodities and banking. I also advise on the drafting of arbitration clauses for clients in these sectors.
In my spare time, I love to travel and enjoy spending time with friends. I also enjoy volunteering and currently mentor students interested in pursuing a legal career.
