JAUSAS Law Firm has advised major shareholders of Grupo Previsora Bilbaina on the sale of the insurance business to Grupo Catalana Occidente for 74 million Euros. The transaction has been completed with the acquisition of the insurance mediation company and the funeral services company, amounting to 18 and 33 million euros respectively.
