Fieldfisher's ranking at number 19 in the FT Innovative Lawyers Europe awards was revealed at a ceremony last night at the Natural History Museum in London. The ranking is further evidence of its success in devising and implementing pioneering solutions across its work for clients and its strategic moves to grow the business across Europe.
The firm was highly commended for its work on employee ownership, led by Partner Graeme Nuttall OBE; its consumer-facing subsidiary Roscoe Reid and partner PayJustice were commended for their use of technology; and the People & Organisation Development (POD) team was commended for its story-telling initiative to improve client communication.
A number of other innovative initiatives also helped to secure Fieldfisher's overall ranking. These included the roll out of LexisOne; our collaboration with Donaldson Legal Consulting in Belfast; our I-Plus programme, led by Head of Diversity & Inclusion, Jay Wetterau; our work with start-up oriented firm SeedLegals; our Career Focus Partnership with Queen Mary University of London; and the pre-emptive injunction secured for key client INEOS.
