Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP announces today the appointment of finance partner Hélène Lefebvre who joins the firm's Paris office.
Prior to joining the firm Hélène belonged to the structured finance team at Gide Loyrette Nouel where she has worked since 1996. She has a wide range of experience in structuring, negotiating and drafting a variety of finance agreements and advises both French and international arrangers, lenders, mezzanine lenders and borrowers.
Hélène has particular expertise in asset finance, including real estate and moveable assets. She also regularly advises major French and international financial institutions, borrowers and private equity funds on the setting-up, restructuring or renegotiation of syndicated loans, bilateral facilities, liquidity lines and acquisition finance. This includes primary or secondary LBOs, MBOs or any other kind of leveraged financing or refinancing.
She also has strong experience in advising financial institutions or funds on the purchase of distressed receivables.

Hélène's appointment brings the number of partners in Fieldfisher's Paris office to 12 and closely follows the appointment of litigator Brigitte Daille-Duclos in late March.
