Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP announces today the appointment of litigation partner Brigitte Daille-Duclos. Brigitte, who specialises in product liability and industrial risk, joins the firm from De Gaulle Fleurance.
Brigitte has over 20 years' experience advising on contentious matters covering all aspects of business. Her practice covers contract law, commercial and industrial litigation.
Her clients include industrial equipment manufacturers, medical device manufacturers, pharmaceuticals companies and insurers who she advises on disputes relating to liability, unfair competition and illegal advertising. She also advises on insurance litigation and environmental disputes.
Brigitte joins Fieldfisher from De Gaulle Fleurance where she has been a partner since 2008.
Her appointment brings the number of partners in Fieldfisher's Paris office to 12. The life sciences and finance sectors are a key element of the firm's focus on highly regulated and IP and technology driven industries and Brigitte's expertise in these areas will strengthen the firm's offering in Paris.
