Fieldfisher advises Bolongaro Trevor on major outsourcing deal

Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP has advised fashion brand, Bolongaro Trevor on the outsourcing and management of its production, warehousing and logistics to The Fielding Group, a garment designer and manufacturer.

This partnership will allow Bolongaro Trevor to continue its expansion plans, including the opening of two further stores in the UK over the next six months.  Bolongaro Trevor currently has two standalone stores in London and is available in over 100 stores worldwide.  The brand is sold in stores such as Peek & Cloppenberg in Germany and online through Amazon and ASOS.  Sales at the flagship store are up 200% year on year and internet sales are up 400%.

This deal reflects the strength of Fieldfisher's retail capabilities having recently advised clients that include clothing brands Thomas Pink and Reiss.

Commercial IP partner Michael Harte led on the deal with support from Technology & Outsourcing senior associate Laura Berton

Michael Harte said: “Bolangaro Trevor was created by the founders and original designers of the fashion brand All Saints and their new brand is quickly becoming equally successful.  This is an important deal which will allow Bolongaro Trevor to realise its full growth potential without worrying about production and warehousing costs.”

Stuart Trevor, co-founder of Bolongaro Trevor, said: "Michael Harte and the team at Fieldfisher consistently impress with their knowledge and professionalism, having helped to guide us through the set up and completion of our heads of terms and outsourcing contract to secure investment in our business."
