Companies can increase their attractiveness by offering managers and employees the opportunity to participate in the company's financial success. The offer of employee participation schemes can be a success factor in the competition for talents. In addition, studies have shown that employee participation schemes increase the sense of responsibility of the beneficiaries for "their" company as well as their motivation and bind the participants more strongly to the company.
The work shop covers all necessary steps for the implementation and execution of employee participation programs, beginning with the planning and communication with the employees to its implementation and administration. Based on proven models, the speakers will explain various options for employee participation and describe their legal framework. Human resources aspects, such as the design of an optimal remuneration structure composed of fixed and variable remuneration, are also considered.
