Fieldfisher France strengthens its employment law practice with the arrival of Julia Mohamed as a partner and Jérôme So as an associate.

Julia Mohamed advises French and foreign companies in a wide range of sectors such as logistics, luxury goods, food, IT, retail and telecoms in the day-to-day management of human resources (professional elections, drafting of company agreements, prevention of psychosocial risks, warning rights, social conflicts, Sunday openings, etc.).

She has also developed a strong expertise in restructuring and site closures with job protection plans. She has a good knowledge of the social issues linked to corporate operations, in particular mergers and acquisitions. She also assists her clients before the Courts.

With the arrival of Julia Mohamed and of her associate, the employment law department will now have a team of 6 experienced lawyers.

Development of Fieldfisher France's employment law practice

Alongside Laurence Dumure Lambert and her team, Julia Mohamed and Jérôme So will work in synergy with the firm's other lawyers in Paris as well as with Fieldfisher's offices around the world. In particular, they will support the strong growth of the Corporate department by assisting with the employment aspects of M&A transactions. The expansion of the employment law department reflects the firm's determination to meet the needs and challenges of its clients in all their employment law matters.

"We are delighted with the arrival of Julia and Jérôme who are strengthening our department and who bring their expertise in complementary sectors. This reflects the very significant growth of our business and confirms our desire to strengthen synergies between the different teams in Paris, but also internationally", says Laurence Dumure Lambert.

Julia Mohamed comments: "I chose to join Fieldfisher because the firm has a strong employment law practice. Fieldfisher is also a full service firm which will offer my clients the possibility to be assisted in all their legal issues. My international clients will also be able to benefit from the expertise of the other offices in the Fieldfisher network for their projects abroad."
