  • the €114 million capital increase of Carbios, a pioneer in the development of enzymatic solutions for end-of-life of plastic and textile polymers. This public offering was the largest ever carried out on Euronext Growth Paris, and the largest capital increase of a cleantech company on the same market; and

  • the €70.35 million capital increase of Focus Home Interactive, one of the European leaders in video game publishing, distribution and development.

Vladimir Ganem, a member of the Paris Bar since 2019, holds a Master's degree in banking and finance law. He previously practiced in the Capital Markets team of a US international law firm.

Suzy Delpierre, holds a DJCE - Master 2 in Business Law. She previously worked in the Capital Markets department of a French law firm and, more recently, as a business in-house lawyer specialized in corporate and securities law for a company listed on the regulated market of Euronext Paris.

Samuel Pallotto, Head of the Capital Markets department at Fieldfisher Paris, comments: "To efficiently handle our strong growth, we need an experienced team, skilled in complex operations, who can offer innovative solutions. These two new arrivals and the promotion of Mathilde Cazé to Counsel demonstrate our determination to invest in our practice and to mobilize our expertise and talents to meet market expectations.
