European law firm Fieldfisher has been ranked as a top three adviser to AIM-listed companies, with 37 clients quoted on the junior tier of the London Stock Exchange, according to the official AIM Advisers Rankings for Q2 2019, published today.
Fieldfisher has a strong and growing reputation for expertise in advising growth-stage public companies, especially in the basic materials/mining sector – for which the firm is ranked as the second largest adviser by number of AIM-listed clients – and the energy industry – for which the firm is ranked fourth.
The ECM team's increasingly impressive list of AIM clients also includes notable industrial, life sciences and technology companies.
Fieldifisher is also a leading adviser to nomads, brokers and banks in their supporting roles on AIM transactions.
The firm recently advised brokers Mirabaud Securities, Stifel Nicolaus Europe and Cenkos Securities on a secondary placing to raise US$234 million (£178.7 million) for AIM-listed, US-based Diversified Gas & Oil plc (DGO) and last year it advised on the largest ever acquisition by an oil and gas company completed on AIM.
