European law firm Fieldfisher is pleased to announce the appointment of Keith Woodhouse as a partner in the corporate team. Keith joins from Hogan Lovells where he was a partner and a member of their private equity team with a particular focus on Africa.
Keith brings with him a wealth of experience advising private equity houses and investors on investments, M&A, disposals and restructurings, both domestically and internationally and has a broad sector experience.
Commenting on Keith's appointment Andrew Blankfield said, "This is an exciting time for Keith to be joining the firm. The corporate team has gone from strength to strength in the last few years, handling an ever wider range of large and complex transactions. We are delighted that Keith is joining us.
