Fieldfisher advises Webrazzi on its acquisition of Tech.eu

The main tech startup media title in Turkey, Webrazzi, has acquired Tech.eu, the premier online European tech startup and innovation news platform.  Webrazzi will now be able to offer combined editorial, data, and research platforms offering news and market intelligence.

European law firm Fieldfisher advised Webrazzi working alongside Turkish law firm Purut who acted as Webrazzi's local counsel.  The value of the deal is confidential.

The deal will enable Webrazzi, which currently reaches 15 million readers a year, to expand its European and English language presence and to build its reach into Russia and the MENA region.
