Alex Campbell focuses on UK and pan-European structured finance transactions and has worked on projects involving commercial mortgages, residential mortgages, consumer leases and public house income streams. He also advises clients on the establishment of MTN programmes, repackagings, the issuance of debt securities and hybrid products and retail offerings in Europe.
He joins from the London office of Berwin Leighton Paisner, where he was a senior associate and has worked since 2009. Before that, he was a senior associate in the London office of Sidley Austin.
Alex is now the fifth partner in the Group which is already looking at further recruits following the successful recruitment of Daniel Franks as a partner from Allen & Overy last year.
