Field Fisher Waterhouse promotes nine to partnership

Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP announces today the appointment of nine new partners with effect from 1st May.

The new partners, who for the first time include lawyers from the firm’s offices in Paris and Brussels, are:

John Cassels - Competition & EU Regulatory (London)

Mark Gearing – Employee Share Plans (London)

Jean-Francois Germain - IP & Technology (Brussels)

Laurent Guardelli - Litigation, Employment & Pensions (Paris)

Juliet Oliver – Public and Regulatory (London)

Graeme Payne - Commercial IP (London)

Andrew Prowse - Tax (London)

Jean-Baptiste Van de Voorde - Corporate & Finance (Paris)

Alan Woolston - Construction (London)

Over the past year Fieldfisher has continued to grow its partnership. On 1st March the firm opened new offices in Munich and Dusseldorf and over the past year a total of 13 lateral hires have joined the firm across its European offices. Latest hires include IP partner Joachim Feldges who heads up the firm’s German offices, IP partner Mark Hodgson and corporate partner Amerjit Kalirai who joined the firm in March from Berwin Leighton Paisner.

The new appointments to partnership will bring the total number of partners at the firm to 156.
