Fieldfisher advises on private placing of shares

Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP has advised on the private placing of ordinary shares in Astrakhan Oil Corporation.

The team led by corporate partner Anthony Brockbank advised Mirabaud Securities LLP in connection with a private placing of ordinary shares in the Russian-based oil and gas company, Astrakhan Oil Corporation, raising $43 million for the company.
