Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP has advised financial adviser, Seymour Pierce Limited in connection with a £118 million share offer by Titan International, Inc. for Titan Europe plc.
The team was led by corporate partner, Amerjit Kalirai assisted by solicitor, Rashed Hasan. Titan International manufactures wheels, tires and assemblies for off-highway vehicles. Under the terms of the offer, Titan Europe shareholders received 1 new Titan International share for every 11 Titan Europe shares held. The offer was recommended by the independent directors of Titan Europe and declared unconditional as to acceptances, following which Titan Europe's admission to trading on the AIM Market was cancelled.
