Fieldfisher advises on placing of shares to raise US$26.5 million

Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP has advised Mirabaud Securities LLP and GMP Securities LLP in connection with placing of shares to raise US$26.5 million.

The team led by corporate partner Anthony Brockbank advised Mirabaud Securities LLP and GMP Securities LLP in connection with the placing of new shares in Madagascar Oil Limited, to raise US$26.5 million.
