Field Fisher Waterhouse advises on fundraising for energy company

Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP has advised Investec Bank plc in connection with a placing by Iofina plc, raising approximately  £4.35 million.

A team led by corporate partner Dominic Gurney-Champion advised on the placing of ordinary shares of AIM-listed Iofina plc by Investec Bank plc to raise £4.3 million. Iofina plc is the holding company of a group of companies involved in the exploration and production of iodine and natural gas.
