Field Fisher Waterhouse advises on fast track admission to AIM

Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP has advised finnCap Limited in connection with the introduction of SacOil to AIM by way of fast-track admission.

The team led by corporate partner Dominic Gurney-Champion, assisted by senior associate Brad Isaac and associate Ed Westhead, advised finnCap Limited in connection with the admission of SacOil Holdings Limited to AIM, by way of a fast-track admission at an initial market capitalisation of £104 million. SacOil is a South African based emerging upstream oil and gas company with assets in South Africa, Nigeria and the Democratic Republic of Congo. It is also listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
