Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP has advised finnCap Limited in connection with a tender offer by Tiger Resource Finance plc to buy back shares.

The team led by corporate partner George Cotter, assisted by associate Ed Westhead, advised finnCap Limited in connection with a tender offer by Tiger Resource Finance plc to buy back up to 50 million shares at 3.75p per share, in a deal with a total value of £1.85 million.
