Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP has advised Seymour Pierce Limited in connection with raising a total of £1.6 million.

The team led by corporate partner Anthony Brockbank advised Seymour Pierce Limited in connection with the placing of new ordinary shares in Clean Air Power Limited, raising a total of £1.6 million for the company. The fundraising was structured in two tranches to allow Enterprise Investment Scheme and Venture Capital Trust investors to participate.
