EU cookie consent - February 2013 update
Fieldfisher has updated its cookie consent tracking table to reflect the latest developments in implementation of the cookie consent rule across Europe. The updated table can be accessed by clicking here >
Latest changes include:
- Counter added to show how many Member States have implemented cookie consent requirements
- Updates to Poland, Portugal and Slovenia to reflect recent local law implementations of the cookie consent requirement
- Updates to Denmark, Italy, Ireland and the UK to highlight ongoing regulatory developments.
