Joint letter highlights Budget's negative impact on donations to charity

NVCO, ACEVO, Charities Aid Foundation, Charity Finance Group, Charity Tax Group and the Institute of Fundraising have written to the Chancellor regarding the cap on income tax reliefs announced in the Budget to highlight its negative impact upon donations to charity.
