Preventing future death reports - Coroners reports now available online

In a report in the Law Society Gazette, the Chief Coroner's Office has announced that reports made by Coroners to prevent future deaths are to be made available on the Judiciary website as a matter of routine. Any report made since 25 July 2013 is to be made publicly available in an effort to become more transparent.
