Fieldfisher partner attains APIL accredited expert status
We are delighted to announce that Andrew Morgan, Partner in our Asbestos and Mesothelioma Claims Department, has attained APIL Assessor and Accredited Specialist status in the fields of both Occupational Disease and Asbestos Disease.
An APIL Accredited Specialist is a person who has achieved APIL Senior Litigator status or higher and who has demonstrated further expertise in these specialist legal areas. Andrew is already an APIL Fellow and contributed to the development of these new accreditation standards. He is now able to assess applicants on APIL's behalf to ensure they meet the high standards that are required before the new Accredited Specialist status can be awarded.
Andrew says "As well as working hard to do the best that we can for our own clients, we want to raise the standard across the board. We want to ensure that anyone suffering from an asbestos disease or another occupational disease such as asthma or dermatitis can be confident when they instruct an Accredited Specialist that they have an expert fighting their corner for them".
