Evening Standard reports another cyclist fatality

Sadly another cyclist has died in London this week after a collision with a tipper lorry in the Vauxhall area, specifically on a gyratory described by Boris Johnson's Cycling Commissioner as the "nastiest" in London. The collision happened in an area where 4 lanes of traffic meet, often at high speed with traffic changing lanes very quickly. The area desperately needs a segregated cycling lane and we hope that this is implemented as soon as possible by Transport for London so more of these needless deaths can be avoided. Boris promised to redesign this junction back in February but absolutely no action has been taken.
