Seven figure compensation for pedestrian after serious road traffic accident
Alice was crossing a zebra crossing on a road close to her house when a vehicle failed to stop and drove into Alice at speed. The young driver admitted she wasn’t paying attention and, as such, a full admission of liability was quickly secured.
Alice sustained multiple serious fractures to her leg and ankle, soft tissue injuries to her left shoulder, chest wall and breast and severe psychiatric injuries namely post-traumatic stress disorder, adjustment disorder and depressive episodes.
