Fieldfisher's benefits package is designed to support and enrich our people. After all, they are the core of what we do.

In terms of core benefits that everyone is entitled to, we are particularly proud of our parental leave policies, offering above statutory maternity leave (26 weeks at full pay plus 13 weeks statutory) and four weeks fully paid paternity leave. We understand how important having a supportive workplace is when starting (or expanding!) a family, and are happy to help our staff on that journey. 

Our other core benefits are: 

Holiday – our generous annual leave package allows employees to buy or sell up to three days' holiday a year

Health insurance – This includes free GP appointments and eye tests

Pension – new employees receive 4% matched contribution by default. You can increase contributions, and the firm will match to 5%

When you become eligible for these benefits varies. Most start when you join, or after your probation. We’ll fill you in on the details when you join.
