I usually advise on all aspects relating to Law 231/01 (Italian Law that provides for sanctions against companies for crimes committed by directors, officers, employees and third parties of the companies), managing several compliance projects for the adoption, revision, updating and implementation of the organizational models of leading multinational and Italian industrial groups and providing assistance to their supervisory bodies.
