Paul Peyret

I advise contracting authorities, sponsors and lenders in the context of energy, transport, telecommunications, waste, water and social infrastructure projects.

I have a strong expertise in regulatory law, in particular in the pharmaceutical, energy and media sectors and have assisted several clients on state aid matters.

Before joining the Paris office, I worked as an associate in the Public Law departments of French and international law firms. Prior to that, I began my career in 2007 as a Legal Counsel in the Legal Affairs department of the French Ministry of Defence.

I hold a Master's degree in general public law and a Master's degree in Public contracts. I was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010.

I speak French and English.
