I am an associate in Fieldfisher's Technology, Outsourcing and Privacy Department in Brussels. I specialise in the field of privacy, data protection and general IT law.

I graduated from Sciences Po in Paris and from the College of Europe in Belgium, where I obtained an LL.M. in European Law, after spending a year at Princeton University (USA) as a visiting student.

Before joining Fieldfisher, I trained at several renowned law firms in Brussels and Paris and also worked within a telecom operator. My area of specialty covers a full range of topics relating to the GDPR and ePrivacy rules, including drafting privacy notices, data processing clauses and assisting clients during pre-litigation procedures before the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL). One of my main areas of expertise lies in the field of electronic marketing and advertising. Furthermore, I have experience dealing with data breaches and data subject access requests, as well as reviewing the privacy aspects of M&A transactions.

My various experiences have fostered a deeper understanding of the issues affecting different types of clients (whether start-ups, associations, or large multinationals), and specific sectors, such as the advertising sector, telecoms, passenger transport, luxury and public affairs.

In my spare time, I like to run for half marathons across Europe and to go backpacking in faraway destinations.

I am a French native speaker, I speak English fluently and have an advanced level of Italian. I am registered with the Paris Bar and the Brussels Bar (E-list).
