I am an associate in the employment and pensions department of the Brussels office. I advise Belgian and international companies and individuals on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, both contentious and non-contentious, and on social security matters.

I joined the Brussels Bar in 2017.

Before joining Fieldfisher in 2020, I gained close to 3 years of experience in two law firms specialised in labour law, Claeys & Engels and Van Olmen & Wynant.

I handled complex and varied labour law cases, including cases of discrimination and harassment in the workplace, and numerous dismissals of top level executives and company directors. At Van Olmen & Wynant, I developed a specific practice in the public sector, notably by assisting Proximus on their major and highly mediatized restructuring.

I have also played a leading role in the social law support of the collective redundancy of an international transport company, as well as in several Mergers and Acquisitions of IT companies.

I have represented SMEs, multinationals, public undertakings and sovereign States before the courts of first instance and appeal, as well as in urgent or unilateral judicial proceedings. I also drafted a Belgian law certificate of custom for a French Supreme court level international employment case involving multiple employers.

I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Free University of Brussels (ULB, June 2017) with a Master of Laws in Economic and Social Law, and I spent time on a research secondment at Stockholm University for my master thesis.

I am fluent in French, English, Dutch and Armenian. I also have a basic knowledge of Russian.
