  • Advised on a range of spin outs from the NHS into employee owned businesses including City Health Care Partnership, Central Surrey Health, Bristol Community Health, Peninsula Community Health, Bedfordshire Community Dental Services and Gloucestershire Care Services.

  • Advised the Scheme Management Board of the Cabinet Office on its contractual arrangements with the flagship mutual joint venture MyCSP.

  • Advised the staff team at the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham on this exciting project to create an employee led mutual (3BM) to deliver its school support services – the first ever local authority mutual joint venture spinout.
