Instructions received on Godstone Farm E-Coli case

22/09/2009
We have been instructed by a number of families whose children have fallen seriously ill following a trip to Godstone farm and we are co-coordinating group action litigation against them.

Our Partner, Jill Greenfield has met with the farm's representatives and the Health Protection Agency in order to investigate the case. Jill comments below:

"We need to establish what went wrong and who if anyone is at fault. I would hope that the farm representatives and the Health Protection Agency will agree to meet with me as soon as possible in order that I can establish the facts as quickly as possible. I have contacted both the farm and the HPA today suggesting a meeting this week and I wait to hear."

For further information on E coli claims please contact Jill on 0330 460 6778.Jill is an expert in E Coli cases and has been interviewed by the BBC, The Daily Telegraph and The Times since the recent news reports concerning the children exposed to E Coli on a visit to Godstone farm.
