I head the Private Client group and I am a senior member of the Charities group.
My private clients include royalty, members of the aristocracy, HNW individuals, entrepreneurs, professionals, business men and women, celebrities and others working in the entertainment industry. I have expertise in UK and non-UK resident trusts and international estate planning and structuring. I advise clients from the UK, US, India, Europe and other jurisdictions.
I advise a wide range of charities including healthcare and investment regulatory bodies, royal charter bodies, charitable NHS trusts, educational, religious and relief of poverty charities. I have advised on charitable projects for broadcasters, major corporations, a national sports organisation and the energy sector.
I have also recently advised on the restructuring of the UCL child health research charities.
I am a lecturer in law; lecturing on UK taxation of non-UK domiciliaries at the University of Liechtenstein. I produce regular briefing papers on developments in private client and charity law. I am a member of STEP and the CLA.
