Jennifer Santos, Partner, Corporate Tax
Having begun my career as a tax consultant, I have been a tax lawyer since 2002 focusing on Belgian and international tax advisory, transactional and litigation work.
My expertise covers income tax (individuals, corporate, not-for-profit associations), European and international taxation (double-taxation relief), VAT, group structuring and restructuring, M&A, asset and estate planning, registration duties, succession and liberalities, and tax litigation.
I have written numerous articles about tax law and contributed to the publications of Pierre-Philippe Hendrickx.
I am also a lecturer at the Paul-Henri Spaak College and at the EPFC where I mainly teach tax law, indirect taxation and VAT for the bachelor of laws and bachelor of accountancy courses.
I am fluent in French and in English. I speak conversational Dutch.
In my spare time, I go for long walks in the countryside with my family, I enjoy spending time with a good book and going to music concerts or painting/photo exhibitions. I also like cooking and I play the piano. I am interested in photography and I (try to) learn guitar.
