Tim Perdieus, Senior Associate, Employment and Pensions
I advise Belgian and international companies and individuals on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, both contentious and non-contentious, and on national and international social security matters.
A large part of the clients I assist are European or globally based companies, but I am acting for several local Belgian companies as well. The clients I assist are active in a diversity of economic sectors such as manufacturing, pharmaceutical, banking, media and service areas.
I graduated from the Catholic University of Leuven as a Master of Laws in 2009 and also hold a Master's Degree in Social law from the University of Brussels (2010). I was admitted to the Brussels Bar in September 2010 and joined Fieldfisher in May 2011.
I am a regular contributor to a Kluwer Legal Journal and regularly speak at internal and external seminars on employment and social security law issues.
My mother tongue is Dutch and I am fluent in French and English.
In my spare time I enjoy travelling and I practice various sports.
