James Hill, Associate
I am an associate in the dispute resolution group.
I have worked on a number of commercial disputes and have experience across a broad range of sectors. My work encompasses High Court, County Court and Family Court disputes, international and domestic arbitration, public inquiries and coroner's inquests. I have advised a variety of private companies, individuals and charities and have particular experience acting for both claimants and defendants in a range contractual disputes, injunctions and worldwide freezing orders.
I am a member of the Association of Road Transport Lawyers and, in addition, I have written for a number of publications including Law In Sport and the World Trademark Review. I am also a co-ordinator for the firm's involvement with the Queen Mary Legal Advice Centre and have assisted the National Deaf Children's Society with their Education, Health and Care plan appeals.
In my spare time I enjoy playing and watching sport, riding my bike and going to gigs.
