I have also been involved in major international files, coordinating the work of professionals acting in different disciplines (including lawyers) in more than 15 countries.
Publications that I have written include a reference book on joint-ventures (Joint Ventures: from wedding to divorce published by Larcier in 2006) and numerous articles in the field of general corporate law, international mergers and corporate governance.
I have been ranked by Chambers and Legal 500. In addition to many other clubs and organisations, I am a founding member and director of Women on Board.
My mother tongue is French, I am fluent in English (LL.M degree at Duke University in the US) and Flemish and I have a basic knowledge of German.
In my spare time, I enjoy looking after my three teenage children and am very involved in sports.
