Roberto Crespi, Associate, Competition, Regulatory and Trade
I am an associate in the competition, regulatory and trade group of the Brussels Office of Fieldfisher. My areas of practice include regulatory matters involving chemicals, biocides pesticides as well as waste and medical devices with a close focus on the assistance of the Italian clients. I also have a sound expertise in intellectual property matters and in particular on community trade marks and designs.
I trained in the media and entertainment team of a leading English law firm, Milan office (Italy) and I was also seconded to the London and Bristol offices during 2009. Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I held a legal position at the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market of Alicante, Spain.
I graduated in Law at the Università di Roma II - Tor Vergata and in Political Science at the Università Statale di Milano. I speak fluent English and Spanish and I am proficient in French, in addition to my native Italian.
I am a fully qualified Italian lawyer (avvocato) admitted to Bar of Milan, Italy.
