Sheena Sheikh Brown, Senior Associate, IP and Technology, Protection and Enforcement
I am a Senior Associate in the IP and Technology, Protection and Enforcement group at Fieldfisher. I specialise in assisting and advising multi-national entities as well as individuals in the protection and enforcement of their intellectual property rights, including design rights, trade marks, copyright and passing off.
I have advised clients from varied industries including fashion houses and retailers, manufacturers of goods such as furniture and toys, book and music publishers, online service providers, photographic services providers and software companies.
I contribute regularly to Fieldfisher's online blog, SnIPpet, and have lectured at Central St. Martin's - University of the Arts London and Ravensbourne College respectively, on intellectual property law and performance design and how to protect work online. I have also spoken at the Design and Craft fair in Marylebone about the applicable rights in the arts and crafts industry. In 2012, I gained a post-graduate Diploma from the University of Oxford in Intellectual Property Law and Practice.
