Caroline Bass, Associate, IP and Technology, Protection and Enforcement
I am an Associate in Fieldfisher's IP Enforcement and Litigation Group. I trained at the firm, spending three of my four training seats in the wider IP Group where I have gained broad experience in both IP enforcement and protection matters.
I am a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and IPSOC (a committee for junior IP practitioners).
I studied Law and French at Newcastle University (with a year at the Faculté de Droit in Montpellier, France). I speak good French and Italian, and have a basic grasp of Spanish too.
I travel at every possible opportunity and am an avid reader – my favourite book is A Suitable Boy by Vikram Seth.
