The REACH Implementing Regulation came into force on the 20th Jan 2016. This sets out what the EU Commission regards as “transparent and fair” for data sharing and consortium activity.   This workshop will not only enable you to meet and get an insight from one of the EU Commission's officials who has drafted the Regulation but also to understand the legal, practical and scientific implications from the presentations and discussions with the Fieldfisher and TSGE teams.

You will also get an update on key decisions from the BoA and understand the strategies related to testing and alternative methods for reprotoxicity end points following the recent carbon tetrachloride case examined by TSGE’s technical experts.
