I have over 10 years' experience advising some of the UK's largest suppliers and purchasers on contentious and non-contentious matters on construction, engineering and facilities management projects.
I specialise in acting for main contractors and employers on disputes and projects across the full range of standard form and bespoke contracts. I have extensive experience of adjudication on a range of disputes from defects claims, payment notices and final account disputes to the performance of renewable energy plants.
I am also experienced in leading high-value litigation in the Technology and Construction Court, arbitration and all forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution and am an advocate of structured mediation to resolve complex construction disputes.
